ADI Foundation Selects VerifyVASP as Travel Rule Compliance Partner for ADI Chain

Strategic partnership brings best-in-class regulatory compliance and payment transparency to MENA’s first institutional L2 for the responsible growth of the blockchain industry.

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates, February 26, 2026 — ADI Foundation, MENA’s first and largest institutional Layer 2 (L2) blockchain platform, and VerifyVASP, a leading global Travel Rule solution provider, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) appointing VerifyVASP as the Travel Rule Solution for ADI Chain. The collaboration comes as jurisdictions worldwide accelerate enforcement of Travel Rule regulations in line with Financial Action Task Force (FATF) standards.

This strategic collaboration between two trusted and established institutions marks a significant milestone in the rapidly evolving landscape of digital asset and blockchain technology. By establishing a foundational infrastructure, this partnership aims to pioneer enhanced payment transparency directly at the infrastructure level. This foundation will enable the execution of transparent and auditable transactions, a crucial step in fostering trust and integrity within the ecosystem.

Ultimately, the collaborative effort is strategically positioned to address one of the most pressing challenges in the digital asset space: effective regulatory compliance. By integrating transparency and risk-management tools directly into the blockchain and Web 3.0 technologies, the initiative will significantly facilitate compliance efforts, ensuring that these emerging financial technologies can operate responsibly and securely within the established regulatory frameworks.

“As institutional adoption of digital assets accelerates, embedding compliance into the core of our infrastructure is non-negotiable,” said Andrey Lazarenko, CEO of ADI Foundation. “Partnering with VerifyVASP allows our customers and ecosystem participants to transact with confidence, knowing their obligations under the Travel Rule are met across borders.”

"We are delighted to partner with the ADI Foundation as their Travel Rule compliance partner," said ShihYun Chia, CEO at VerifyVASP. "VerifyVASP is committed to initiatives that foster the responsible expansion of the industry, grounded in trust, standardized practices, and proactive cooperation among public and private institutions."
